Everything here was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was perfect and so close to the beach. A few of resturants around very good atmosphere have to eat at the Rose Tree Taverna and Terrys. Only short walk via beach to all the crazy night life but far enough away you don't notice it. Owners were so helpful and friendly.

The position is safe from the big explosion of Kavos night parties. The swimming pool is very good.
You'll need a car, a scooter or a bike if you want to reach the centre of Kavos or a sweet beach (I mean a "greek" beach with rocks and blue clean water). The bathroom is a little too small.

How it stacks up, my honest take
Stylish hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and clean, spacious rooms. Really good staff ensures comfort, and the fine sea views from the terraces captivate. The electric scooters make getting around easy. The pool area is a perfect spot for relaxation. Created memories here that I will cherish forever.

Very nice hotel well away from the noise of central Kavos. Rooms were good size and the cleaned daily. Hotel was approx 30 seconds from the sea by a secluded part of the beach which you have to yourself on the most part.
The road between Kavos and the hotel was (in my opinion) very dangerous at night. Although not a great deal of traffic, transfer coaches seemed to thunder round blind bends in the pitch black with no regard for people travelling back to the 3 or 4 hotels in the AsproKavos area. Much safer (and nicer) to walk back via the beach.

The hotel was fine, rooms were clean, the location not so close to the beach but ok because it is a lot of peace and quiet. they had there a very nice garden.
I didn't like the manager of the hotel, a lady who was not very flexible.

During my five-night stay, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and immaculate facilities in my room. It was easy to relax by the pool, which was clean and had a great temperature. I appreciated the short walk to the main strip for nightlife, and coming back to the quieter hotel was a nice contrast. The poolside café offered really nice food that made lounging even better.

Polite and friendly owners, clean swimming pool, good size rooms, cheap prices, close to Lefkimi port (10 minutes by car).
Kavos is a trashy area full of loud partygoers, not the best place for families with children. The beach is bad and dirty and the location is too far south, you need to cover serious distances to go anywhere. Lots of moskitoes. The hotel has some old furniture in the rooms and the linen and towels could be newer! There was no double bed as advertized on booking. Com.

beautiful pool area, organized local excursions, complimentary beach umbrellas
The Wi-Fi connection needs serious improvement!!! The distance from town makes getting back after dark a nuisance. The thin walls between rooms create an annoying noise problem!!! Updating outdated bathroom fixtures could enhance comfort.

The staffs were very good and kind and the service was excellent. The hotel's location was stunning in Kavos called Terry's Taverna. Popped in Pulse Bar & Grill for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

A good location for Kavos- a short walk to the Strip (10 min) but still far enough from the noise. Each room has air-conditioner (no extra charge for it) - good for fight with mosquitoes. A small balcony & size of the room. On the day of arrival the room was very clean.
Leaking bathroom, poor equipment, cleaning service only at early in the morning when one is still asleep, so the room was only cleaned once during a whole week. Triple room was a double room with extra bed which we could have changed on 3rd day of our stay but didn't bother in the end. Anyhow, we didn't expect more for the money we paid.

Location: the hotel was short walk to amazing nature around. We enjoyed to have evening drinks at Zest Restaurant and Bar, based nearby.

The personalized attention from staff made our stay nice, always going the extra mile to accommodate our needs.
The distance from the main street can be inconvenient, making late-night returns a hassle.
